Transition Journey: ‘’I have spent more than 15 years working with NHS (including Mental Health) in finance, administration and coaching. It was while travelling abroad and staying with friends that I realised the odd behaviour pattern in the home. I have been extremely concerned about the strange encounter of restless living. On my return to the UK I began to investigate, read and research to better understand the situation.

 

I continued to work with the NHS, then a year on of January 2021, I began to write Finding You, mental wellness explored which was self-published on Amazon March 2022. With continued studies and greater interest in the subject of mental health and wellness, I created Mirrors of Health & Wealth – ‘MoHW’.

 

Aim: I want to help create greater awareness and simplified understanding of mental health. I use layman terms and simple methodologies for quick everyday use. It also allows a process of elimination so you can focus on areas of neglect or isolation.

 

Purpose: Each MoHW session is designed to strategically enable balance, stability and vitality. With each subject isolated for concise delivery of foundation principles, you can immediately apply these life tools to real life situations.

 

The Uniqueness: MoHW allows you to see life and business from an ideal mirror framework.

Since April 2022, it has been just over one year since in the making and I am so excited about the value that this system has brought to the table.

 

There is scope to support the early stage of recovery or elevate to advance performance of life and business. I have spent months searching for the best approach and delivery for the greatest impact at fast pace in comparison to most similar services. I know this has been achieved.

 

Foremost, I wanted to assist you to find yourself in a strategic way so you can better cope while waiting for other specialists/professionals such as a  mentor, psychologist, doctor, counsellor, accountant or dietitian. The aim is for you to already see yourself in a healthier state, one that seems within reach. These bite size sessions or 1 to 1 coaching creates the ideal concept for greater impact, flexibility and affordability. Each part has been carefully considered to make a dynamic difference to your life.

What is Trauma?

In general trauma is a moment of partial or full unconsciousness. In a state of unconsciousness your mind records these events and stored the files in the reactive part of your mind. These can get stimulated and reactivated causing life-long challenges for the individual. There are two major circumstances that cause trauma:
