Take the right actions towards allowing continuous flow of energy to experience greater fulfillment. Session 3 – Accentuate Presence
More than 80% of your body operates on automation. The remaining 20% needs your attention and response. To be your top self can be a challenge when you have no clue of what daily action to take to keep your body on good form. When you learn how to care for your body you can easily do eliminations to detect areas of neglect. This way, you get to focus on the area that needs special attention. You get to be yourself again with less worry but more of a plan of action.
